The Marketplace will bring together third sector organisations, community groups, NHS services, council teams and other statutory partners supporting people\u2019s health, wellbeing and social care. Organisations will have the opportunity to promote their services to one another and directly to members of the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From 11am\u20133pm, the Marketplace will be open to the public as a free, informal drop-in event. Local people can come along, explore the support available and speak directly to the organisations that deliver it. This could include support for mental health, physical health, musculoskeletal conditions, carers, social care, social connection, community activities, long-term conditions, financial wellbeing and much more. There is no need to book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The aim is to help people find the right support, in the right place, at the right time\u2014enabling them to stay healthy, well, connected and supported within their own communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
