I’ve just been looking at the map shown in yesterday evening’s presentation, I’ll forward to you the conversation that’s arisen from that.
Further to my query in that discussion about the date, I’ve now enlarged the cartouche and note the name of John Gillon, it’s one of his estate plans –
please remind me when he was active, I think in around the 3rd quarter of 18th ct?
The information in your message below and what’s shown on the 25″ map throws light on the little marks on Gillon’s plan (and confirms the location of the well)
