The draft Borgue Local Place Plan (LPP) is close to being released for further consultation. It has been reviewed by members of the Dumfries & Galloway Council Stewartry Place Plan Team who have verified that the plan is compliant with their requirements for a Local Place Plan.
The next stage is to publish the Borgue LPP for a public consultation period of at least 28 days and also share it with our Stewartry area D&G Councillors and adjacent Community Councils in Gatehouse, and Kirkcudbright (Twynholm does not currently have a Community Council).
The consultation will be via the Place Plan web site with an online form to submit comments and a hard copy will be available to view and comment on in the Borgue Public Hall.
