Cost of Living Website Survey

An update from D&G Council’s Tackling Poverty and Inequalities Team.

Prices are up, especially food. Fuel costs fluctuate while domestic bills skyrocket. This affects low-income families and everyone in Dumfries and Galloway. It’s a global problem, not just in Scotland or the UK. But help and support are available.

In November 2022, the Poverty and Inequalities Partnership launched the Cost of Living DG website – Cost of Living – Cost of Living DG (dumgal.gov.uk) to help Dumfries and Galloway residents with cost-of-living increases.

The site is a one-stop shop detailing help with money and benefits, household bills, finding work, health and wellbeing, as well as support for families, young people, the elderly, and disabled.

A year in since the Cost Of Living DG website launched, we want to hear from you.  We have designed a short survey to gather your feedback.   The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes, and your responses will be kept completely anonymous.

Your input will help us improve the website’s features and ensure that it continues to serve as a useful resource for our communities right across the region.

We would appreciate if you could please share the Survey Link to your members and residents and encourage them to participate in this short survey.    We would also very much welcome the views of our Community Council’s so if you can spare 5 minutes to complete the survey, that would be most appreciated.
