Customer Service Centres

Customer Services are continually working towards ensuring services reflect current and future customer needs, are sustainable, and are delivered within the allocated budgets.

We want to hear from you, our customer, on how often you use the services and how good they are.

Customer Services includes Libraries, Registration (births, deaths, and marriages), face-to-face customer services for the Council, and the Heritage Service (Local Studies and Archives).
