    This, I think, completes all the farms that Rachel has documented and mapped in Borgue parish. Enrick and Townhead in Girthon should be ready soon.

    I had to chuckle at this statement: The history of land-valuations in Galloway, and their traces on present-day maps and place-names, is dauntingly complicated

    If anything an understatement!
